How This Service Works:

Step 1: Download the order form.
Step 2: Visit the website of the restaurant of your choice by following the links below to view their menu and make your meal selections.
Step 3: Fill out the order form and return it to us.
- Order by Fax: print & fill out the forms, then fax them to 1-928-832-4250.
- Order by Email: download & edit the forms, then email them to [email protected].

You will then be contacted to confirm your order and arrange for delivery.
